Job Description

1. Analysing training needs in conjuction with line managers so training plan align with factory strategy and goal

2. Planning, directing and delivering training and development programmes including staff induction to accomplish the organization goal

3. Developing individual training programmes that meet skill gap identified through training needs assessment for all employee

4. Designing and implementing appropriate E-Learning strategies

5. Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary

6. Controling recruitment process

7. Doing & Implement Assessment center to candidates and employee



Requirement:

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded

2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in all major

3. Have experience as HR Manager in the Manufacturing Industry for at least 2-3 years

4. Understading Indonesian Labour Laws

5. Experienced in the field of recruitment and training

6. Experienced the recruitment process

7. Experienced TNA, ROTI, and LMS

8. Fluent in english is a must

9. Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
