Bottom Part Control

1. Control, organize and ensure bottom component parts and stock fit in completing work orders according to the predetermined schedule

2. Control, organize and coordinate the production process between sole components and upper components to maximize plant set rate & production process between sole and upper to maximize assembly set rate

3. Coordinate and analyze the production process so that it is in accordance with the predetermined work order

Outsourcing

1. Carry out customs expenses and income, prepare the required documents and collaborate with the trading team

2. Since the beginning of the subcontracting process, creating a PO, preparations for starting cooperation between vendors, up to the production process and delivery of goods must be considered

3. Tooling Bottom (mold), carrying out purchase orders with drafting, tracking mold arrival, simulating mold needs for production, and replacement if there is tooling
