1. Doing Planning, Coordinating, and Controling STT Comp line process to meet quality and schedule

2. Carry out production orders starting preparing material until send to another process in accordance with target quantity, time and quality standard set

3. Control all production preparation from employee, material, machine and method / system

4. Controling production schedule and ensure line balancing so the production activity goes effective and eficient

5. Implementing the whole process of planning, implementation and controlling the production can produce the requested products in a timely manner with good quality in accordance with the standards and achieve all set performance targets

Requirement:

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded

2. Minimum Education Senior High School

3. Have experience as Group Leader STT Component in the Manufacturing Industry for at least 5-6 years
