1. Develop training programs and materials based on organizational needs and objectives

2. Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees

3. Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and improve learning outcomes

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback

5. Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations

Requirement:

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded

2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in all major

3. Have experience as HR Training in the Manufacturing Industry for at least 2-3 years

4. Experienced in the field of training

5. Experienced TNA, ROTI, and LMS

6. Fluent in english is a must

7. Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
