Requirements:

- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, underscoring a strong analytical foundation

- Has good understanding about the structure of the wage or salary scale

- Experienced in providing incentives and bonuses

- Understand the concept of end-to-end payroll process
