- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, underscoring a strong analytical foundation.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in Human Resources Managers
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to analyze HR data including employee demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, Traning Need Analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends for strategic decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and having experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, and HR technology in an HR context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights with a focus on improving HR practices through analytics.
- Expert knowledge in HR practices and processes and with an understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Advanced to design, implementation and administration of remuneration and compensation packages
