1. Define project scope, goals, and develop detailed project start from schedules, trial and mass production readiness 

2. Collaborate with internal department, such as Bizteam, and material, chemical team, production, engineers to ensure project requirements are met.

3. Lead the trial by Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop corrective action plans to ensure quality expectation
