• Implementing health and safety requirements beyond compliance
• Developing beyond compliance programs aligned with annual and mid-year KPI
• Supporting health and safety compliance programs
• Collaborating and conducting cross-functional work with business partner, stakeholders, and other relevant suppliers to gain knowledge and best practices

Requirements :

• The candidate is expected to be safe and healty- minded
• A Bachelor Degree in Health and Safety or Engineer
• Have 5 years experience in the same field
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, quick to learn, and a good team work
• Has attended safety-related training and holds certifications such as OHS Expert (AK3U), Training of Trainers (ToT), and Internal Auditor SMK3
