  • Annual HRM strategy planning and evaluation aligned with business strategy
  • Review of HR activity effectiveness in business partnerships
  • Policy reinforcement and promotion of gender equity programs
  • External consultation for business capability enhancement
  • Measurement and improvement of employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Planning for retention, productivity, and work effectiveness
  • Annual performance management cycle and factory-wide KPI deployment
  • Performance review and appraisal to achieve business goals
  • Talent program management and human capital development
  • Retention strategy and employee engagement initiatives


Requirements :

  • The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded
  • A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Fluent in english is a must
  • Able to use Ms. Office and analyze data
  • Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
