- Review of HR activity effectiveness in business partnerships
- Policy reinforcement and promotion of gender equity programs
- External consultation for business capability enhancement
- Measurement and improvement of employee engagement and wellbeing
- Planning for retention, productivity, and work effectiveness
- Annual performance management cycle and factory-wide KPI deployment
- Performance review and appraisal to achieve business goals
- Talent program management and human capital development
- Retention strategy and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements :
- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded
- A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field
- Fluent in english is a must
- Able to use Ms. Office and analyze data
- Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
