1. Planning ,Coordinating, and Controling several Plant of Assembly process to meet quality and schedule

2. Ensuring all planning, controling, and execution production process goes as target and standart

3. Reviewing production schedule and ensure line balancing so the production activity goes effective and eficient

4. Supervise, evaluate performance, and educate of Assembly employee

5. Monitoring developmnet and empowering human resources to get multi-skill employees

6. Ensuring manpower, machine, material, and tooling needs fulfilled and exact allocation

Requirement:

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded

2. Minimum Education Senior High School

3. Have experience as Plant Manager in the Manufacturing Industry for at least 7-8 years
