Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends, predict future outcomes, and provide insightful recommendations for strategic decision making
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement advanced predictive models to aid in decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with other function in HR or other departments to ensure robust data management and leverage technology for
- HR analytics Reporting & Communication: Effectively communicate key HR metrics and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Process Improvement: Utilize data insights to recommend improvements and innovations in HR practice.
Requirements:
- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, underscoring a strong analytical foundation.
- Able to analyze HR data including employee demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluations to identify trends for strategic decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and having experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, and HR technology in an HR context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving HR practices through analytics.
