1. Collect monthly accident data, review and update CAP from HS officers

2. Collecting HS Agent safety talk and nearmiss per monthly

3. Assist HSE committee meeting per monthly, make MOM and send report to labor

4. Review and update HS mandatory and regulation as per CLS, local and international rule

5. Collaborate with document control to regulary monitor permit and license before expired

Requirement :

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded

2. Minimum Education Bachelor Degree of Public Health/Administration/Law

3. Have a good communication skill & fast learning

4. Having the ability to operate MS Office, Corel draw, etc

5. Having AK3U certificate is preferred

6. Fluent in english is a plus
