Job Description
Relations : Develop positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
As a bridge builder, a problem solver, and a trusted confidant. Responsible for supporting the HR.
The ability to deal with ambiguity, be curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable are integral to this role.
Requirements:
- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in Human Resources or employee relations.
- Experience in conflict resolution with strong mediation skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization
- Detail-orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability manage multiple priorities
- General knowledge in HR practices and processes and with an understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience conducting thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issue and recommending appropriate resolutions
